Pastor Shawn has been the Lead Pastor at LCC since May 2018, bringing with him over two decades of experience in full-time ministry, since 1999. His driving passion is to guide people in experiencing the abundant life promised by Jesus Christ.
Since 1999, Shawn has been happily married to Amy, and they are proud parents of four children: Caleb, currently in college, Abigail, Josiah, and Isabella. Shawn finds joy in spending quality time with his family and he cherishes moments spent outdoors, whether in the mountains or by the river.

Pastor Krystle serves as the Associate Pastor at LCC. She works closely with Pastor Shawn in fostering the spiritual growth of our church community. Beyond her role in overseeing LCC's discipleship pathway and crafting diverse connection strategies, Krystle regularly preaches. Krystle takes pride in being a native Oregonian and the mother of three boys—Jack, Camden, and Christian. She and Pastor Trevor have been married since 2003 and enjoy going to Disneyland as a family. Additionally, as a certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist, she provides both group and 1-on-1 support through an 8-week program.

Pastor Trevor, immersed in full-time Worship Ministry since 1999, is passionate about nurturing the next wave of worship leaders and engaging with worship leaders throughout the valley. His role extends to overseeing the worship experience and environments at LCC, along with managing the tech department. Married to Pastor Krystle, Trevor is a proud father of three boys—Jack, Camden, and Christian. Trevor harbors a lifelong dream of driving the firetruck at Disneyland. Pastor Trevor is also a certified Pastoral Counselor in affiliation with the Integrative Counseling Institute of Salem, Oregon. 

Pastor Amy has shared life's adventures with her husband, Steve since 1999. Their love story extends to their two young adult children, Ema and Brody, creating a tight-knit bond that's sweeter than Pastor Amy's favorite treat—cinnamon bears. She's a Family Ministry Pastor, yoga enthusiast, and people person extraordinaire. Believing that God designed us for community, Amy lives by the idea that fun over time creates connection and that parents are the key to nurturing an every day faith. She loves empowering leaders to inspire faith in Christ, which with the Holy Spirit's help, transforms the way kids, teens, and young adults love God, love themselves, and love others. 

Joellen is our dedicated volunteer church administrator at LCC. She plays a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly. If you drop by during office hours, Joellen is likely to be the friendly face that greets you or the warm voice you hear when you give us a call!
